


The DoDoShark Cast Iron Claw-Type Grinder is a robust mechanical grinding machine featuring a high-strength cast iron housing, forged T-type tooth claws, and (on selected models) a high-hardness alloy stationary toothed disc for enhanced durability and performance. It is specially designed for dry grinding of medium-to-low hardness and fibrous materials. It is suitable for fine processing of grains, Chinese herbal medicines, feed ingredients, and chemical raw materials. Grinding fineness is controlled by interchangeable screens, ranging from 10 to 150 mesh. The grinder utilizes the high-speed relative motion between the rotating and stationary toothed discs to generate strong shearing, impact, and grinding forces, ensuring efficient material pulverization.

Grinding Results


Suitable for low output and small batch processing. Material collected via cloth bag.

Suitable for high output and continuous operation. Cyclone collection and discharge. Powder can be conveyed to designated height and location. Dust collection system usually required.

Most common, suitable for all materials. Flat-Bucket Feeding is required for irregular materials. Effectively controls the feeding speed.

Suitable for particles and powders <20 mm and density <1.5 kg/L. Self-Suction Feeding. Saves time, effort and labor. Effectively controls the feeding speed.

Suitable for particles and powders 3–30 mm. Effectively controls the feeding speed. Large models can be equipped with a screw conveyor for feeding, achieving higher output compared to self-suction.
