DoDoShark Agricultural Double Roll Crusher consists of wear-resistant rollers, a power drive system, an adjustment mechanism, and sealing protective components. Specifically designed for agricultural material processing, this roller-type crushing equipment offers gentle crushing and ensures a uniform output. It is suitable for grinding agricultural materials such as grains, feed raw materials, organic fertilizers, and straw pellets. The grinding particle size can be controlled by adjusting the roller gap and rotation speed. It features high grinding efficiency with minimal over-pulverization, and is compatible with continuous processing of various agricultural raw materials of different hardness levels. The equipment utilizes two rollers rotating towards each other at a constant speed, applying extrusion and shear forces to achieve gentle material grinding. This ensures smooth discharge without clogging, providing high-efficiency and stable grinding for agricultural materials.
