The DoDoShark Double Cone Drum Mixer is a rotary container mixing device consisting of a 201/304/316 stainless steel tank, a drive system, inlet/outlet valves, and sealing components. Featuring a double-cone shell structure, it is specifically designed for powders and granular materials. It utilizes a 360° rotation and gravity-fall dispersion mixing principle to achieve gentle, dead-zone-free mixing with excellent sealing performance, making it ideal for dust-free and cleanroom conditions. It is suitable for material mixing in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and building material industries. By controlling the tank rotation speed, internal intensifier blades (dispersion blades), and charging volume, the mixing effect is optimized to achieve high uniformity (RSD < 5%) and accommodate a wide mixing ratio of up to 1:10,000 The mixer rotates at a constant speed around a horizontal axis. Under the influence of gravity, centrifugal force, and friction, the materials undergo convection, diffusion, and shear movements, resulting in highly efficient and uniform mixing.
